From the history of studying the Uchtepa archaeological monument

This article explores the geographical location, historical-cultural context, and the research history of the archaeological site Uchtepa, located in the Norin district of Uzbekistan. Particular attention is given to the elements of material culture uncovered during excavations, including various types of ceramic vessels with slip coating, as well as household and kitchen utensils. The analysis of these artifacts provides insights into the daily life, economic activities, and religious beliefs of the ancient inhabitants of the region. In addition, the structural aspects of the site, such as possible cultic structures (temples), are examined, allowing for conclusions about the socio-cultural organization of the society across different historical periods
